Safety inspections

Anyone who owns or manages land is obliged by law to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of their visitors and neighbours. This extends to trees on the property and having a professional tree survey carried out to identify potential risks and specify work can firstly prevent injury or damage from occurring and secondly prevent costly litigation.

The report will prioritise any work needed and if necessary arborists can be engaged to carry the work out. Recommended frequencies for future inspections will be stated, ensuring the clients’ liability can be protected without needlessly inspecting healthy trees.
